


Grilled Vegetable Kebab Medley: Serves 6
Love grilling? Then you will savor the flavor of our vegetables cooked on the grill.

Method of Preparation |

- Wash all vegetables well
- If using wood skewers, soak in water for 1-2 hours
- Pre-heat grill to medium high heat
- Place all vegetables, bell, pepper, tomatoes, and onions in a large mixing bowl and add oil, garlic granules, salt, and pepper to vegetables and fold
- Place baby vegetables, bell pepper, tomatoes and onions on skewers, alternating items
- Place skewers on grill for 4-6 minutes on first side
- Turn skewers and finish for 3-5 minutes
- Watch vegetables closely to avoid burning
- Garnish with rosemary
